The Landlord leases the seasonal accomodation to the Tenant. Arrivals are on Saturday afternoon, from 4 to 8 p.m. and departures on Saturday morning, The Tenant agrees to remove all personal belongings and vacate the accommodation by 10 a.m. Saturday.

The rental fee includes

The tourist tax which we pay for you.
Baby cot available free of charge.

Damage deposit

We require a deposit of €700 on arrival. It will be returned by post after the outgoing inventory of fixtures.

Practical aspects

The household cleaning products you will need during your stay are provided.
All beds will be freshly made for your arrival.
